Pet-friendly amenities were a nice touch.

Our room was probably the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Everything had a layer of dirt and dust on it. I requested housekeeping multiple times, but my room was never cleaned during our stay.

i had a fantastic stay with clean and comfortable rooms, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby cortez cultural center just over half a kilometer away and the lovely cortez city park a short walk of just about 800 meters, perfect for a nice leisurely afternoon walk.

I had a fun time with my family here, especially enjoying the large breakfast area and the comfy room with laminate floors where I could walk barefoot. The kids loved the outdoor swimming pool and the heated jacuzzi helped us all unwind after a long day. The only downside was the dated decor, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment—definitely a great spot for a family getaway! 😊

Perfect spot for a family with kids

Staying here for a wedding made things so much easier, the staff went above and beyond with help , especially when we needed guidance on local places for food. The suite was exactly what we needed, having that extra space with the separate bedroom allowed for a bit of privacy with three adults.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but the value was still pretty good.

Loved my stay! The spacious suite offered all the comforts I needed, and the breakfast choices were good. Just wish the outdoor pool had more room as it got a bit crowded. A fantastic spot for exploring the area.
